Postmarked collects only the information needed to complete your order: your name, email address, payment details, and the recipient details you share with us through the card form (their name, your relationship, personal details for the message, and mailing address).

We use this information to write and mail your card, send you order confirmations, and communicate with you if there's an issue with your order.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information or your recipient's information to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify. We do not store your credit card information.
