Because every card is custom-written and mailed directly to your recipient, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each card is a one-of-a-kind piece created just for your person. Once it's written and sealed, it's theirs.
If something goes wrong on our end — a typo, a mailing error, or anything that doesn't meet the quality you expected — contact us at orders@postmarked.shop and we'll make it right.
