By placing an order through postmarked.shop, you agree to the following:

Postmarked is a custom greeting card service. You select a card, provide details about your recipient, and we write a personalized message that is printed and mailed on your behalf. All messages are written by Postmarked based on the information you provide.

Orders require a minimum of 3 business days lead time. Cards are mailed via USPS First-Class Mail on your requested delivery date. We guarantee mailing by 12:00 PM EST on that date. Delivery times after mailing are determined by USPS and may vary.

All sales are final. Because each card is custom-written and mailed directly to your recipient, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is an error on our part, contact us at orders@postmarked.shop and we will resolve it.

Prices are listed in USD. Shipping is free within the United States. International orders ship for a flat $1.50.

Postmarked reserves the right to decline any order that contains harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content.
